NSFSRG Impact

Led by Professor Andrew Spring, The Northern Sustainable Food Systems Research Group explores the intersections of food systems, sustainability, Indigenous knowledge, and community resilience in northern Canada and beyond. Their work is highly collaborative, partnering with northern communities, Indigenous governments, NGOs, and academic colleagues to co-produce knowledge that addresses urgent challenges such as climate change, food security, and ecological change.
